석사과정, 박사과정 학생분들께 

학칙 제65조 4항에 의거 2012.08.31일부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생들께서는

 아래 내용을 참조하시어 재학년한 연장을 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

* 제2008-3회 학사·연구심의위원회(2008. 3.14)의 결의.안내사항으로 신청기간 경과 후(학·연심이 끝난 후)에는 추가로 재학년한 연장신청을 접수하지 않는 것으로 되어있음

1. 대   상 : 2012.08.31일부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생으로 재학년한 연장신청이 가능한 자(2012. 8월 졸업예정자는 제외)   

  2. 제출서류 : 재학년한 연장 신청서 1부

  3. 제출기한 : 2012.06.27(수)까지

  4. 제출방법 : 학과로 제출

  *  첨   부 : 재학년한 연장 신청서 양식 1부. 끝.

In accordance to Article 65-4 of Academic Regulations, graduate students whose academic period ends as of August 31, 2012 may apply for an extension subject to approval by the committee.

Instructions are provided below.

1. Applicability: Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose academic period ends as of August 31   2012  (excluding students expecting graduation in August 2012)

        2. Required Document: Application Form for Extension of Academic Period

        3. Deadline: June 27, 2012

        4. Method: Submit doc. to Bio and Brain department

  * Applications for extension of academic period will not be accepted after the deadline as decided in the 3rd Academic Affairs and Research Review Committee 2008 (March 14, 2008).
