Leeds-KAIST Undergraduate Research Student Exchange Program을 아래와 같이 안내하오니 학생여러분들의 적극적인 참여를 바랍니다!      

 

 

 

Leeds 대학교는 'Russell Group'(영국에서 연구를 선도하는 20개 명문대학을 의미)'과 'N8 Group(영국 북부지역의 연구 중심 8개 대학)'에 속한 만큼 연구에 많은 투자를 하고 있으며, 바이오 융합 분야에서 세계 최고 수준의 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 학과와 교수님들께서는 이러한 우수 프로그램 참여를 적극 지원하고 있으니, 해외 유수 대학 Leeds에서 연구 연수와 해외경험을 쌓을 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 Leeds-KAIST 교환 프로그램에 학부생 여러분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.  

 

 

 

올해는 COVID-19 확산방지를 위해 설명회를 개최하지 않으니, 아래 안내를 참고하여 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 

 

 

 

1. 연구 탐방 주제

 

   1) Smart Materials for Biomedical Soft Robots

 

   2) Efficient modelling of stochastic spatio-temporal dynamics in biomolecular networks

2. 응모 자격

 

파견일을 기준으로 바이오및뇌공학과에서 4학기 이상 이수한 자로, 해외여행 결격사유가 없는 바이오및뇌공학과 재학생

 

 

 

3. 탐방연구 기간

 

 여름방학기간/ Leeds 대학교 여름방학 시작일로부터 4주~8주 연구 수행

1) Application & Proposal 1부

 

2) TOEFL 등 공인영어성적 사본 1부

 

3) 기타 심사를 위한 추가 서류

 

 

 

6. 선발 방법 및 선발 인원

 

1) 선발방법:  1차 서류심사, 2차 면접 (PPT 발표 없음)

 

2) 선발인원: 1명

 

 

 

7. 지원심사일정

 

-지원 서류마감 4/17(금)

 

-서류심사결과발표: 4/24(금)

 

-면접심사: 5/15(금)

 

-최종 선정결과발표: 5/19(화)

 

 

 

7. 탐방·연구 팀 의무사항

 

1) 연구 수행 후 1개월 이내에 보고서 제출

 

2) 설명회에서 연구 결과 발표

 

3) 학과에서 정한 행동규정 준수

1. Eligibility Requirements:

   -Current enrollment in a coursework program at Dept. of Bio&Brain Engineering

   -Students must have completed at least 4 semesters at the Dept. of Bio&Brain Engineering before applying
