바이오및뇌공학과 재학생 여러분께
2013년 2월 졸업과 관련하여 아래와 같이 졸업 예비사정을 안내하오니 아래 기간내에 학과사무실에 방문하여
졸업이수 요건을 확인 한 후 수강신청 변경기간 내 반영될 수 있도록 조치하기 바랍니다.
= 아 래 =
1. 대 상 자: 2013년 2월 졸업을 희망하는 학부생, 대학원생
2. 학 과 방 문 기간: 2012. 9. 3(월) - 9. 11(화)
3. 수강신청변경기간: 2012. 9. 3(월) - 9. 14(금)
4. 학생이 해야할 일:
① 봄학기 수강과목 포함하여 ‘예비사정표’ 작성
(양식은 홈페이지 공지란에서 다운로드 혹은 이메일발송)
② 본인이 작성한 ‘예비사정표’를 가지고 학과 방문
(대학원 과정은 사전 전화 혹은 이메일로 방문시간 예약)
③ 교과목 이수에 대해 학과 담당자와 확인.
④ 수강신청 변경기간에 부족한 과목에 대해 변경 신청

(Coursework completion checking)
To all students in Dept. of Bio and Brain Engineering:
We announce the coursework completion checking relating to the graduation in February, 2013,
please visit the department office to check your graduation requirements and take necessary steps within the period to add/drop Fall 2012 classes.

A. Eligibility: Undergraduate, MS and PhD students who are planning to graduate in February. 2013
B. Visiting period :
- September 3(Mon.) 2012 – September 11(Tues.) 2012
C. Period to add/drop Fall 2012 classes:
- September 3(Mon.) 2012 – September 14(Fri.) 2012
D. Works to be done by students :
ⓐ Fill out the 'Coursework completion form' including Fall 2012 classes.(The form will be sent via email or can be downloaded from bioeng.kaist.ac.kr)
ⓑ Bring the forms to the department office.
(For MS or PhD students, please inform staff of the visiting time via email or phone in advance)
ⓒ Check with staff about graduation requirements.
ⓓ Apply for necessary classes within the Period to add/drop
