  2012년 8월 졸업과 관련하여 아래와 같이 졸업 예비사정을 안내하오니 아래 기간내에 학과사무실에 방문하여 졸업이수 요건을 확인 한 후

수강신청 변경기간 내 반영될 수 있도록 조치하기 바랍니다.

* 이수요건을 체크할경우 2012. 봄학기 수강신청과목을 포함하여 체크하시기 바랍니다.

1. 대 상 자: 2012년 8월 졸업을 희망하는 학부생, 대학원생

2. 학 과 방 문 기간: 2012. 2. 6 - 2. 14

3. 수강신청변경기간: 2012. 2. 6 - 2. 17

4. 학생이 해야할 일:

① 봄학기 수강과목 포함하여 ‘예비사정표’ 작성 (양식은 메일발송)

② 본인이 작성한 ‘예비사정표’를 가지고 학과 방문.

③ 교과목 이수에 대해 학과 담당자와 확인.

④ 수강신청 변경기간에 부족한 과목에 대해 변경 신청.

(Coursework completion checking)

  To all students in Dept. of Bio and Brain Engineerig:

  We announce the coursework completion checking relating to the graduation in August, 2012, please visit the department office to check your graduation requirements and take necessary steps within the period to add/drop Spring 2012 classes.

A. Eligibility: Undergraduate, MS and PhD students who are planning to in August. 2012

B. Visiting period : Feb. 6. 2012 - Feb. 14. 2012

C. Period to add/drop Spring 2012 classes:

    Feb. 6. 2012 - Feb. 17. 2012

D. Works to be done by students :

ⓐ Fill out the 'Coursework completion form' including Spring

    2012 classes(The form will be sent via email)

ⓑ Visit the department office taking the forms

ⓒ Check with staff about graduation requirements

ⓓ Apply for necessary classes within the Period to add/drop
