석사과정, 박사과정 학생분들께 

 학칙 제65조 4항에 의거 2012.02.05일부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생들께서는

 아래 내용을 참조하시어 재학년한 연장 승인여부 심의(학사·연구심의위원회)를 위한 신청절차를 따라주시기 바랍니다.

 (제 65조 4항: 부득이한 사유로 인하여 재학년한의 연장이 필요할 때에는 학과장 및 단과대학장이 추천하는 경우에 심의회의 심의를 거쳐 1회에 한하여 1년만 연장할 수 있다.

 제 65조 5항 : 재학년한을 경과하여도 소정의 과정을 이수하지 못한 자는 제적한다.)

1. 대   상 : 2012.02.05일부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생으로 재학년한 연장신청이 가능한 자(2012. 2월 졸업예정자는 제외)   

   2. 제출서류 : 재학년한 연장 신청서 1부

   3. 제출기한 : 2012.01.06(금)까지

   4. 제출방법 : 학과로 제출

   5. 중요: 제2008-3회 학사·연구심의위원회(2008. 3.14)에서 향후에는 신청기간이 경과 후(학·연심 종료 후) 추가로 재학년한 연장 신청을 접수하지 않기로 결정되었으므로 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

In accordance to Article 65-4 of Academic Regulations, graduate students whose academic period ends as of February 5, 2012 may apply for an extension subject to approval by the committee. Instructions are provided below.

1. Applicability: Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose academic period ends as of February 5,   2012  (excluding students expecting graduation in February 2012)

        2. Required Document: Application Form for Extension of Academic Period

        3. Deadline: Friday, January 6, 2012

        4. Method: Submit doc. to Bio and Brain department

             * Applications for extension of academic period will not be accepted after the deadline as decided in the 3rd Academic Affairs and Research Review Committee 2008 (March 14, 2008).
