1. candidate
a student who doesn't pass the qualifying exam for degree, has been in school
for 2 semester or more and takes 3 subjects or more.

※ we will carry out this exam in Jan/Aug annually, you have to pass this within 3 semester after your admission. you can obtain leave of absence(from school) for 2 years and we don't account that period.(this law is applied to 09' new student, student before 09' : within 6 semester)
※ student who doesn't pass this exam within the time limit is removed from school's register.
※ a professor whose student is applying this exam cannot be a judge.
