4. 학생이 해야 할 일:
① 봄학기 수강과목 포함하여 ‘예비사정표’ 작성

We announce the coursework completion checking relating to the graduation in February, 2015. Please visit the department office to check your graduation requirements and take necessary steps within the period to add/drop Fall 2014 classes.

A. Eligibility: Undergraduate, Master and doctoral course students who are planning to graduate in February 2015.
B. Visiting period: 1st Sept. (Mon) - 11th Sept. (Thurs)
C. Period to add/drop Fall 2014 classes: 1st Sept. (Mon) 2014 - 12th Sept. (Fri) 2014
D. Works to be done by students :
ⓐ Fill out the 'Coursework completion form' including Fall 2014 classes.
ⓑ Bring the forms to the department office. (Please inform staff of the visiting time via emailhug082@kaist.ac.kr to graduate students.)
ⓒ Check with staff about graduation requirements.
ⓓ Apply for necessary classes within the Period to add/drop Fall 2014 classes.
