2014년 8월 졸업과 관련하여 아래와 같이 졸업 예비사정을 안내하오니 아래 기간 내에 학과 사무실에 방문하여 졸업이수 요건을 확인한 후 수강신청 변경기간 내에 반영될 수 있도록 조치하시기 바랍니다.

1. 대 상 자: 2014년 8월 졸업을 희망하는 학부생, 대학원생

 

 

2. 학 과 방 문 기간: 2014. 3. 3 (월) - 3. 12 (수)

 

 

3. 수강신청변경기간: 2014. 3. 3 (월) - 3. 14 (금)

 

 

4. 학생이 해야 할 일:

 

 

 ① 봄학기 수강과목 포함하여 ‘예비사정표’ 작성 (양식은 첨부파일 참조 발송)

 

 



 ② 본인이 작성한 ‘예비사정표’를 가지고 학과 방문 (대학원생은 이메일 hug082@kaist.ac.kr로 방문시간 예약)
 

 

 



 ③ 교과목 이수에 대해 학과 담당자와 확인.

④ 수강신청 변경기간에 부족한 과목을 변경 신청.

We announce the coursework completion checking relating to the graduation in August, 2014.

Please visit the department office to check your graduation requirements and take necessary steps within the period to add/drop Spring 2014 classes.

 A. Eligibility: Undergraduate, Master and doctoral course students who are planning to graduate in August 2014. 

 

 

 

 

 



 B. Visiting period:  3rd March (Mon)  - 12th March (Wed)

 C. Period to add/drop Spring 2014 classes:  March 3rd (Mon) 2014 - March 14th (Fri) 2014

 

 D. Works to be done by students :

 

  ⓐ Fill out the 'Coursework completion form' including Spring 2014 classes. (The form is refers to the attachment file.)

 

 ⓑ Bring the forms to the department office. (Please inform staff of the visiting time via email hug082@kaist.ac.kr to graduate students.)

 

 ⓒ Check with staff about graduation requirements.

 

 ⓓ Apply for necessary classes within the Period to add/drop Spring 2014 classes.
