2014년 2월 졸업과 관련하여 아래와 같이 졸업 예비사정을 안내하오니 아래 기간 내에 학과 사무실에 방문하여 졸업이수 요건을 확인한 후 수강신청 변경기간 내에 반영될 수 있도록 조치하시기 바랍니다.

1. 대 상 자: 2014년 2월 졸업을 희망하는 학부생, 대학원생
2. 학 과 방 문 기간: 2013. 9. 2 (월) - 9. 11 (수)
3. 수강신청변경기간: 2013. 9. 2 (월) - 9. 13 (금)
4. 학생이 해야 할 일:
① 가을학기 수강과목 포함하여 ‘예비사정표’ 작성
(석, 박사과정 학생 예비사정표는 첨부파일 참고, 학사과정은 학과에 문의 후 방문)
② 본인이 작성한 ‘예비사정표’를 가지고 학과 방문 (이메일로 방문시간 예약)
③ 교과목 이수에 대해 학과 담당자와 확인.
④ 수강신청 변경기간에 부족한 과목에 대해 변경 신청.

To all students in Dept. of Bio and Brain Engineering:
We announce the coursework completion checking relating to the graduation in February, 2014. Please visit the department office to check your graduation requirements and take necessary steps within the period to add/drop Fall 2013 classes.

A. Eligibility: Undergraduate, MS and PhD students who are planning to graduate in February, 2014
B. Visiting period : - September 2nd (Mon) 2013 – September 11th (Wed) 2013
C. Period to add/drop Fall 2013 classes:
- September 2nd (Mon.) 2013 – September 13th (Fri.) 2013
D. Works to be done by students :
ⓐ Fill out the 'Coursework completion form' including Fall 2013 classes.
(The form will be sent via email or can be downloaded from bioeng.kaist.ac.kr)
ⓑ Bring the forms to the department office.
(For MS or PhD students, please inform staff of the visiting time in advance)
ⓒ Check with staff about graduation requirements.
ⓓ Apply for necessary classes within the Period to add/drop Fall2013 classes.
