2014년도 1월 박사과정 자격시험

1. 자격시험 대상자
학과 박사과정 자격시험 응시자격 요건 중 아래의 두 가지 사항 중 한 가지 이상에 해당하는 학생은 응시가 가능합니다.
① 박사과정 입학 후 3과목 이상 이수하고 박사과정 재학기간이 2학기 이상인 경우
② 박사과정 졸업이수요건 중 교과목 (공통필수, 전공필수/선택) 이수 요건을 완료하였고, 박사과정 재학기간이 2학기 이상인 경우
* 현재 2학기 재학 중인 학생은 자격시험 응시를 권장합니다. (명단을 추려서 이메일로 재안내)
* 자격시험 응시 여부를 박사과정 자격시험 심사 위원회에서 예비 심사함.

※ 박사자격시험은 매년 1월, 6월에 시행할 예정이며, 박사과정 재학생은 입학 후(석·박사학위 통합
과정 학생은 통합과정이 시작되는 학기로부터) 1년 6개월 이내에 한하여 응시할 수 있다.
(09학번 이상 해당, 08학번 이하는 3년). 휴학기간은 2년에 한하여 이를 산입하지 아니한다.
※ 응시허용 기한 내에 자격시험에 합격하지 못한 자는 제적한다.
※ 전과한 경우 이전 학과의 자격시험 합격 유무와 관계없이 전과일이 속한 학기로부터 1년 6개월 이내에 전과한 학과의 자격시험에 응시하여야 한다.
※ 박사과정 자격시험에 지원한 학생의 지도교수는 서류 및 면접 위원이 될 수 없음. (‘07.12.3교수회의록 참고)

Qualifying exam, January 2014
|
1. Candidate
Students who meet one of the following requirements (either (A) or (B)) :
(A). Doctoral students who don't pass the qualifying exam, have studied at least 2 semesters as doctoral students and taken more 3 subjects since doctoral program admission.
(B). Doctoral students who have completed graduation course requirement (common compulsory courses, major compulsory and elective courses) and have studied at least 2 semesters as doctoral students.

※ The qualifying exam will be administered twice a year. All doctoral students are required to pass the exam within 3 semestersfrom their admission date of the doctoral course.
A maximum of 2 years of leave of absence are not included in the number of semesters specified above. (This rule is applied to the student starting in 2009' new students. Students who admitted before 2009 must pass the exam within 6 semesters)
※ Students who do not pass this exam within the designated period will be expelled from a school.
※ Students who changed their major are required to pass the exam within 1.5 years from the semester when they have changed the major regardless of the exam result from the original department.
※ Research advisors cannot evaluate their students applied to the qualifying exam.
