We announce the coursework completion checking relating to the graduation in August, 2015. Please visit the department office to check your graduation requirements and take necessary steps within the period to add/drop Spring 2015 classes.

A. Eligibility: Undergraduate, Master and doctoral course students

 

 

who are planning to graduate in August 2015.

 

 

B. Visiting period:

 

 

- February 23th (Mon) 2015 - March 5th (Thurs) 2015

 

 

C. Period to add/drop Spring 2015

 

 

- February 23th (Mon) 2015 - March 6th (Fri) 2015

 

 

D. Works to be done by students :

 

 

ⓐ Fill out the 'Coursework completion form' including

 

 

Spring 2015 classes. (The form will be sent via KAIST email.)

 

 

ⓑ Bring the forms to the department office.

 

 

(Please inform staff of the visiting time via email.)

 

 

ⓒ Check with staff about graduation requirements.

 

 

ⓓ Apply for necessary classes within the Period to add/drop
