"Optoelectronic application of Metal-dielectric-metal stack film for diverse scientific pupuses"
ABSTRACT
In addition to the development of nanomaterials, a crucial aspect lies in the application technology of various nanostructures using these nanomaterials. Utilizing semiconductor processing technology, the utilization of materials tailored for specific purposes and the development of components composed of these materials are currently fundamental elements in the field of science. In this colloquium, a researcher who graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering and underwent training under a physics professor will introduce research on the development of optoelectronic materials/components integrated with nano/biosensors. Particularly, there will be a comprehensive study session on various sensor application technologies using the layered structure of metal-insulator-metal and the underlying operational mechanisms together with AI-assisted analysis..
