Abstract
This talk describes how soft lithography, replica molding, hot embossing and injection molding can and have been used in fabrication of complete polymeric sensors with structures ranging from a single nanometer to the micron scale. The affinity of DNA to the positive and negative forms of the imprint are discussed in terms of heterogeneity of the imprint and chain-chain interactions.
