Call for Papers and Paper Submission Instructions

Overview

The IT International Student Fair 2005 (ITISF 2005) is an opportunity to bring together the community of students, academics and researchers that are involved in each and every aspect of Information Technology.

Currently, ITISF 2005 is soliciting papers that describe state-of-the-art research in all areas of Information Technology. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

Paper Submission Instructions

Papers must be submitted electronically using the attached sample form.
The accepted file format is Microsoft Word (*.doc), and the file should be named according to the last name of the first author (e.g. altman.doc). Please submit papers to cwpark@iita.re.kr.

1. Abstract (1 page, two columns)
2. Full-Paper (4 pages, two columns)
- Text area and font sizes (MS word in PC format only)
(1) Trim size: A4 (21cm*29cm)
(2) Margins: top(2.5cm), bottom(2.5cm), right(1.8cm), left(1.8cm)
(3) Text font: 10pt (Times New Roman)
(4) Interline spacing: 1 line
(5) Paper title: 14pt (Times New Roman Bold)
(6) Author’s name: 12pt (Times New Roman)
(7) Affiliations: 10pt (Times New Roman)
(8) Abstract text: 10pt (Times New Roman)

Review Process

Each abstract will be reviewed and selected by two reviewers. As part of their evaluation, the reviewers will score submissions according to their contribution, originality/novelty, technical depth/merit, and quality of presentation.

To facilitate the review process, authors will be asked to classify the paper according to the above-mentioned list of categories, so that the most appropriate reviewers can be assigned to handle the paper.

Each paper must be accompanied by a cover letter. The cover letter must state the following:
- The email address of the corresponding author.
- The classification of the paper according to the list of categories.

Best Paper Awards

The ITISF 2005 will award a certificate and a trophy at the conference for 6 best papers.

Venue

The IT International Student Fair 2005 will be held at Kyunghee University in Suwon, Korea.
