중요!! 졸업 예비사정 안내

바이오및뇌공학과 재학생 여러분들께,

2013년 8월 졸업과 관련하여 아래와 같이 졸업 예비사정을 안내하여 드리오니

아래 기간내에 학과사무실에 방문하여 졸업이수 요건을 확인 한 후

수강신청 변경기간 내 반영될 수 있도록 조치하기 바랍니다.

= 아 래 =

1. 대 상 자: 2013년 8월 졸업을 희망하는 학부생, 대학원생

2. 학 과 방 문 기 간: 2013. 3. 4(월) - 3. 12(화)

3. 수강신청변경기간: 2013. 3. 4(월) - 3. 15(금)

4. 학생이 해야할 일:

① 봄학기 수강과목 포함하여 ‘예비사정표' (첨부파일 참조) 작성

(양식은 홈페이지 공지란에서 다운로드 혹은 이메일 발송)

② 본인이 작성한 ‘예비사정표’를 가지고 학과 방문

(대학원 과정은 사전 전화 혹은 이메일로 방문시간 예약)

③ 교과목 이수에 대해 학과 담당자와 확인.

④ 수강신청 변경기간에 부족한 과목에 대해 변경 신청.

Notice To all graduate-to-be

(Coursework completion checking)

To all students in Dept. of Bio and Brain Engineering,

We announce the coursework completion checking relating to the graduation in August, 2013,

please visit the department office to check your graduation requirements

and take necessary steps within the period to add/drop Spring 2013 classes.

= Below=

A. Eligibility: Undergraduate, MS and PhD students who are planning to graduate in August, 2013

B. Visiting period :

- March 4th (Mon.) 2013 – March 12th (Tue.) 2013

C. Period to add/drop Spring 2013 classes:

- March 4th (Mon.) 2013 – March 15th (Fri.) 2013

D. Works to be done by students :

ⓐ Fill out the 'Coursework completion form' including Spring 2013 classes.

(The form will be sent via email or can be downloaded from bioeng.kaist.ac.kr)

ⓑ Bring the forms to the department office.

(For MS or PhD students, please inform staff of the visiting time in advance)

ⓓ Apply for necessary classes within the Period to add/drop Spring 2013 classes
